The techs sent were punctual, professional and completed their work in a timely manner. Also very helpful in explaining what they found, did and what the cost would be. Cost was as quoted from office personnel. Will have them out again should we have any issues in the future.

Very surprised at the rapid response to our request for service when our AC failed. Called around 7am, call returned at 8:10a and service technician arrived at ~9am. Robert was a quiet spoken, knowledgeable tech who analyzed the problem and went quickly to work resolving it.. Robert was very courteous and patient with all my questions and willingly demonstrated some responses. Greatly appreciated.

Over the course of three days I meet three different employees/technicians. All were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The work they rerouting my clogged drain line and replacing my evaporator coils was out standing. It both works and looks good. I am happy with the service.

We chose Northside Services because the owners are Born-Again Christians. We purchased a complete ac system from them a year ago, actually this is the second complete system purchased in a 20 year period. Service representatives, Jason M and Zack A came to do a yearly service. Jason M did a spot visual check of our home to check for possible leaks and preventable maintenance helps. Zack A did the yearly check on our ac system. Both Jason M and Zack A carried themselves as professionals. Neither did any high pressure sales techniques to make money for the company and this is one of the reasons we like Northside. If you want an air-conditioning company that is honest and reliable and responds to your needs and looks out for the "cool" side of your life, then Northside is the one to call. Everyone is very friendly. We have utilized both the Air Conditioning side of the company as well as the plumbing side. Jason, the plumbing tech is very knowledgeable about his work, and we have a comfort level with him. They all are nice, and I love their mission statement. They have stood behind their work also for us.
