They never actually completed the job and the work they did do was not great. The door the door they installed has never shut. Find other contractors unless you like throwing money away.
I met Don while he was working on my neighbors roof last week. I had asked him a a question regarding my back patio. He told me to call and make appointment for a quote, which I did. I called his number and spoke to, I believe his wife. She told me that she would relay the message and he would call me back. A few days later, he did call and we set up a time for the next day for a quote. He gave me a 2 hour window, between 10-12. Well, he never showed up, nor did he call to let me know. In my opinion, if a business owner makes the appointment and doesn’t show, he has zero regard for the customer or for their time that they wasted waiting for no one to show up....
I called his office on Wed am. Talked to a lady on the phone whom took my info to pass on to Don. Later in the afternoon Don called, I explained what I was looking to have done and he made an appt to come to the house between 8-9am on thurs. Today is Thursday at 3:45pm and quess what. No show and aldo no calls to tell me he wasn't arriving. At 11am I called the office, had to leave message as no one answered, requesting a return call. Never happened !!! Quess my job wasn't big enough for any decent respect. 06-14-18. Page two. Don called, then arrived for an estimate on two jobs. He appears to be a fair and a nice guy so we're ridding his coat tail and see what happens. Doing estimates and getting back with me.
IMO : RUN LIKE HELL FROM THIS CONTRATOR! !!! My house flooded for months while this contractor fumbled with wrong trusses, failed inspections, and finally had to pay or get my house liened.
