The technician who came first to do this job was out of his depth. Raul was the exact opposite and was very experienced and professional and finished the job giving us some very valuable advice at the same time. He restored our faith in Modern Services.

Tyler was so nice and professional. We recently bought the house and inherited our service contract with Anderson. Tyler took the time to explain our unit and it's features as well as to write down important information that we need to know on our receipt. We are very pleased.

Tyler is always courteous, cleanly, and efficient as well as being on time. He reviews with me what he checked and what the outcome was as well discusses any changes we need to make or things that will be coming up that will need to be taken care of.

I met Rob Ring at a trade show in 2009. I had some questions regarding a new system and he patiently explained the efficiency of the new systems and SEER ratings. I had Modern install a new system in 2010. I was extremely satisfied with the entire installation team and Rob. I have referred Rob to many of my clients and they all say the same thing " he is a pleasure to work with, very honest and dependable. Not a hard sell, a sincere sell. Today I had my semi-annual tune-up done by Chris J.. Besides being very personable,Chris was very professional. I appreciated the time Chris took to inform me of the steps he was doing to ensure that my air conditioner and heating systems were working well. He also gave me a better understanding of what the humidistat does and what settings to keep it on - while home and away. All the people I deal with at Modern Services always provide great customer service. This is very important to me.
