Me and my fiance had been looking for an air conditioning company for about 3 weeks and got 4 or 5 quotes from different company's. Then we called Cool Now Air Condition company. Randy, the technician / sales person was great.. Randy was very knowledgeable, and honest about what he could do for us. We got a great deal on a top of the line trane 3 ton 16 seer unit. We really appreciated Randy's friendly approach, and his professionalism. We Will definitely recommend this company to all friends and family in the future.
I'm a local pastors wife and Randy came out tonight quickly. Our AC was very old and he brought it to our attention that's why our electric bills were very high. Was just to much to repair this problem we had. He gave us an awesome price on a new unit with payments under a $100 a month and installing in the am. And services is one of the best a/c service company's in Lakeland! we called because our ac was out and they sent Conner a very knowledgeable tech out to take a look at our unit and told us right away what was wrong had the issue fixed extremely fast and was very professional. We have found our a/c company for years to come thank you AND services and conner for such a great job!
My mother had them run new tubing and they charged her 7000.00 I feel they took advantage of (then ) an 89 yr old woman . She could of had a whole new air conditioning unit and venting put in for that price. It’s a shame that workers would do this to someone who knows nothing of the subject and depends on their honesty to guide them to have the proper stuff done. This company should of been ashamed of themselves. Beware of them. They take advantage of the elderly!!!!
We called looking to get a new A/C unit. Conner who came to the house was extremely nice, fast and very courteous, informative and honest. I liked that the company made a safety call to let you know that they were on the way.
