Titan Tankless Water Heaters Manufactured 33 Years In Miami

Awesome product! Could not be more pleased with quality of these water heaters. I have two houses with the smallest heater, which gives unlimited and instant piping hot water all year long. One heater is on the tenth year, just now replaced the other heater on the eleventh year. Company has an unbelievably great warranty and repair policy. Cannot go wrong with these heaters.

Initially called in as I was debating switching out my hot water tank. Talked with a gentleman named Chuck and after the 20 minute discussion I decided to order a unit. I live near west palm beach so I received the tankless system the next day and began working on installing it. I had a few questions so I called in and chuck actually gave me his cell phone number and told me to call or text with any question . I think he might have regretting saying that ???? I called and texted him pictures throughout 48 hours until my unit was up and running. His response time was great and knowledge unbeatable. Great company to do business with and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.

They took their time explaining all the details. I got a Tempra 24 and a free filter kit. Great deal saved a ton $$$. I left my credit card at the store by accident. Not 10 minutes passed by the owner him self called me to return to store to pick up my credit card. These guys are the best and very honest people to say the least. I will always recommend you to all my family and friends.

This place is amazing. The customer service is superb. My plumber installed my tankless water heater improperly after he blamed the heater and bailed on me. I contacted the folks at tank the tank. Chuck guided me through the reverse plumbing situation i had and within 15 minutes my titan heater was working perfectly. The knowledge and professionalism at tank the tank is no where to be found. I asked chuck how much i owed him for his help he started laughing and said $0. We do this everyday he said its part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
