Highly disappointed. Called them out to a condominium property that I manage and they showed up late, told me that because I couldn’t pay them right away, that they weren’t the right company for them. Little do they know, the property averages in $90,000 worth of plumbing repairs per year. It was actually your loss, not mine. If you know anything about condominiums or work in condominiums, none of them will pay you the same day and they don’t have an obligation too either. Good luck to your company but with that kind of attitude, your business will never thrive. It’s not surprising that your tech showed up with outdated equipment. He also tried to upcharge me because I am a female and thought that I wouldn’t know what a simple stoppage normally runs for.
Hi, I am very pleased with this company, my shower was Not draining so I called and This company and they sent over Amador. Amador explained what the situation was and was able to solve the problem Efficiently. Now I know where to turn to when I have plumbing issues, First Response plumbing and Amador!
I called First Response Plumbing to fix a burst water pipe in my attic. Within the hour the Plummer Amador Aulet was at my house to stop the leak that was flooding my bedroom. He fixed the burst pipe and inspected the remaining water pipes for leaks. Mr. Aulet did an outstanding job that saved me thousands of dollars in water damage. these guys are great. I have used them at least 3 times in last 3 or 4 yrs. They are always polite, on time and will give you a reasonable price. I had a new toilet installed by Dimitry and he worked fast and cleaned up the mess that I had made. I called 3 local plumbing services but always end up with First Response. They also were able to clear my clogged drains for the condo 2 yrs ago. If you have a plumbing or drain problem you don't need to search any further....give them a call
