Stright Sewage Disposal Company

Have used them in the past for initial inspection and bianual pumping. Great service, friendly driver and on credit billing. This year it seems they have merged or been bought out. The pumping price has always been a bit higher than average but it went up so much this time I had to switch to another company. End of an era I guess.

Stright is a highly professional organization. Their employees are consistently polite and tidy. I once had what I thought was going to be a very complex and expensive problem, but Bob helped me find a simple solution over the phone instead of charging me for a visit to my home. I highly recommend this company.

Very dissatisfied with the septic system inspection done by Stright. It was incomplete and inaccurate with the result that we had to have the inspection redone by a second inspector who did get it right. Stright in their inspection failed to access and inspect the distribution box. They then said that the system was not operating properly. The second inspection was done by Bond Septic. They did access and evaluate the distribution box, it was function properly. After the second inspection I went back to Stright and asked for a refund since they had not done the job properly. They refused any concession on the fee. They said they had done the best they could. Stright' fee was also higher than Bond.

I am so pleased with Bob and the thorough job he has done for my clients that I, as a realtor, have decided to use him exclusively for my clients' septic inspections and repairs. He uses so much common sense and always leaves the area nicer than they found it whenever possible. He cooperates with video for explaining the systems to my clients, so they will thoroughly understand what they are buying, or the repair needed. Highly recommend - but leave his schedule available for me please! ;)

Called and all my info was taken, also sent emails, but nobody seems interested in calling me back and helping with my issue. Going to be really annoyed if they use my data for future prospect marketing when they’ve wasted my time this time around.
