Currently Al's plumbing, the experience is ridiculous. We explained the problem with our bathtub and he comes and says he needs to get a part. This was in the morning. He is gone until the next day. Then he accidentally made it so that our hot water is cold and our cold is hot. Every day he says he'll come to us first, and it has been over a week. We call every day and every day he said we were next. Today we called and it's now just "I'll try to get there today" Ridiculous

Brainard's Inc. (Plumbing) is no longer in business. Al's Plumbing purchased Brainard's phone number but they don't tell you this when you call. Al's Plumbing would not quote me an hourly rate nor a cost for materials. They would only give an estimate based on a "bid for the job". End result is that they over charged me and did not mend the holes in my floor after fixing my frozen pipe. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very professional. They got me out of a bind after another contactor failed to do their jobs and charged me a fair price to do it. I will be using them for my future plumbing needs.
