Honest man! Our toilet and shower were both backing up with water. Snaking / plunging didn’t help. We called Johnny’s plumbing around 9 pm just requesting service for the next morning. To our surprise he called back a few minutes later and asked a few questions to determine the problem. He recommended we call a septic pump service as that was the likely source of the issue ( he was right! And the company he recommended was great - East Coast Septic). It doesn’t get more honest and decent than that - he could have easily come out to take a look and charged a visit fee. We will definitely use him if we have issues in the future which is inevitable with a 60 year old house .
I needed a plumber in an EMERGENCY and Johnny was there in an instant. He came highly recommended from my parents, who had horrible hot water pressure, Johnny fixed it for them. I would recommend him every day of the week.
