Marcus was terrific in every way - good communication, great work ethic, great problem solver. The service fee was high but Marcus was transparent and accurate with it, and hey, that's plumbing in SF! I'd use Magic again and request Marcus 100%

Adam and Lucky came out, saying that they would be there all day. By about 12:00pm, they were done and any mess they had made was all cleaned up. Plus, the bill came in substantially lower than the estimate. Adam's first visit was to estimate the job, and he explained very thoroughly what had to be done and why. We have a plumbing relic of a bygone era and gained a new drain line for our laundry porch. I would definitely recommend Magic Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Adam is great with toilets (at least). Clearly very experienced, he came out to redo a toilet reset that still leaked. I will definitely request him for any such issues in the future.

I Want to start by saying I appreciate the professionalism of the two plumbers That came out to my house and fixed the problem with my sub pump. Frank, one of the Plummer’s did a great job Explaining to me the cause of the problem Also he did a very good job explaining to me prices and gave me different options for what I could do in order to avoid further damage. Definitely would recommend them to anybody who has any plumbing problems. Thank you for solving the problem. You guys did great!
