I called my home warranty company because I had a backup in my plumbing and my toilet was loose and leaking. They contracted Golden State plumbing to come out and take care of it but the home warranty company said it would be several days. I called Golden State and explained the situation to them and they responded the next day from 40 plus miles away. They cleared the line, removed the toilet and put a new seal and new hold down bolts. The job was done completely to my satisfaction and I would definitely recommend Golden State plumbing for being on the ball and not leaving an unsatisfied customer. This Company is great. Nick the service person, arrived early and took care of the kitchen faucet, in a timely manner. It’s working again. Will definitely use their service again if needed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Incompetent technicians, horrible company. We are paying for THEIR MISTAKES. Water leak within minutes of a brand new installation, seeping through wall. And they won't even come back to take responsibility for their mistake and repair same day. I cannot believe the US is full of businesses like this.
