Dr. Dee has worked on all of my appliances. He has always made the appointment in a reasonable time and has been here when he said the he would. Works very efficiently and is neat. Thank you

Our experience with this company is that they do not deliver what they promise. Paid them $70.00 to evaluate our washer. They spent 10 minutes to identify one possible problem of the shock absorbers "but it might be the bearings". He did not check the bearings. Made an appointment for Monday of the next week. Told us that a 10 am to 1 pm window was best estimate of arrival for service. The tech called at 12:30 to say he would try for 3 pm. At 3:30 I called and the tech said the window was a best guess, no promises and he was overbooked and knees were hurting, no idea if he could show at all. Resched for Wed. Then his company called and apologized and said they would send out a tech with a 8-11 am window for Tuesday. No show on Tuesday. We called after they missed their window and they said there was no way they would have made that appt. They we overbooked and could not come out for days. We finally gave up on Dr. Don't and canceled payment on our check. Starting over with another company. Good luck.

Completely unreliable ..missed appointment and lied about it. Would rate at zero if it was possible.
