I call takagi company to report that I have no hot water. They schedule my on Monday 5/19/19. Mike from best choice water heateters. He show up on time and did not do anything ... I mean no troubleshooting to determine exactly is the issue with my takagi tm1 that cause no hot water. Just tell me to buy new system. And asking me for $110. I like ok I pay you but atleast show me what you did and providing me a some kind reports of my issue. But nothing ... Total time he spend less then 5mins for $110. I would NOT recommend this company for your hot water services.
This is my first time using this company, and I was very satisfied with the initial visit for an estimate, subsequent service and installation. The technician notified me that he was on his way and asked if he could arrive early. He worked efficiently, was considerate and cleaned the area well before leaving. I would use this company in the future.
