As a property management company, it is important that my vendors have four qualities: 1. They must respond to my call in a timely manner 2. They must show up on time to their appointment 3. Their work must be performed in a professional manner 4. They must back up their work but have few, if any, call backs on the same issue. I have used Kevin Jordan as my go to guy for years. In my business, I can't afford to have tenants go long with a non-functioning HVAC unit. Let's just say, both my owners and tenants are glad I call him!!
