You wrote a review for Shetler Pools & Supplies A moment ago 1.0 star rating 6/28/2019 Jay Shetler came to my house to give me an estimate and suggested I file a claim for water damage. Started claim and he promised to send them all the documentation. Everything started off great then he disappeared. Insurance kept calling me and he left me in limbo. After numerous calls, emails and texts, I was told by a woman in his office to find a new plumber, he's too busy. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to keep someone waiting for a month and never return their phone calls. At least have the decency to let them know what is going on. Also, man up and make the call yourself, don't have someone else do it for you that has no clue what's going on. Even the insurance company said they are lying to you! Very rude!!!
Had a leak under my bathroom faucet that I noticed before work. Chad at Shetler Plumbing was able to come out within the hour and fix my issue immediately! Great service
