Century Commercial Service

In my experience as the Treasurer of a Bay Area HOA this firm over promised and under deliverd. We paid for scheduled lighting audits that were incomplete and/or never performed, billing was frequently late (by as much as 4-months), getting a phone call returned or response via e-mail was like pulling teeth, and their ability to troubleshoot and repair technical issues was so poor we ultimately had to bring in a different electrician to do the work they couldn’t perform. They have some excellent employees - but as a company they didn’t meet our requirements.

Century Lighting is Amazing! They do very professional, high level work. The Electrical Service Dept is phenomenal! I highly recommend this company to anyone with electrical needs!

I just wanted to post a safety concern about a driver of one of this companies trucks plate number was 58938a1. He was driving at least 80 to 85 MpH and then cut in front of me close enough that I had to brake to avoid hitting him. I tried to call number on truck and online but both numbers say unable to be reached at this time. I have no opinion or rating or service but please Century lighting make sure your driver's are safe on the road when representing your company.
