Northwest Pump & Water Treatment

I am a past customer. This business called place I work interested in hiring our company's service but hung up because we wouldn't give them a list of our customers. This business obviously does not value customers privacy and probably sells your information to telemarketers. If they gonna be that way to me at my work place then I am not going to hire them anymore.

Despite reading awful reviews, we have had a great experience with North-West Pump. We tried working with a small company in the past, they were to give us a quote, but never returned our calls( not a great way to obtain more business). We had North-West Pump come out and they fixed the well pump, and some other plumbing issues. Today we had then come out to install a carbon filter. We are very happy customers. Highly recommended.

It’s very clear this business has changed ownership, as the customer service is nothing like what it used to be.

Scott and his crew were very prompt, courteous and helpful in repairing my well pump. I was very pleased with their service and business manner.

Horrible business. I'm hoping they are out of business before year-end. They came out last year to work on our treatment system, which we paid around $1000 having repaired. Our well pump went out, so we called them back out less than a month later, and paid upwards of $1500 to have the pump pulled and replaced. We needed to have maintenance done on our system here over the past few months. Instead of coming out to service our system, they wanted to sell us a new system. We told them we were not interested and only wanted the needed maintenance completed. We never heard back from them. We called back numerous times, only to be ignored and/or put off. We finally found someone else to do the work for us, and he discovered we had issues with our well. We called someone else out to look at our well, and they found numerous issues with NW Pump's installation. Absolute jokers. Will never recommend, and my hope is that none of their current or previous employees that worked on our property return.
