AJ Alberts Plumbing

Stopped in to pick out some items for a remodel. Scott was friendly and helpful, even though we showed up at the end of the day on a Friday, without an appointment. With his help, we were able to make all of our selections quickly. We should have made an appointment, but that was our fault for not thinking of that beforehand.

We always use AJ Alberts when we run into plumbing issues. They are very easy to work with and always willing to work around our busy schedule. Their quick but reliable work always allow us to get back to work right away.

Edit Aug 2019: Just got off the phone with Scott from AJ Alberts. I realized last night that some of the work they did under the sink in our brand new kitchen has been fallen apart and must have been leaking over the last weeks. I called expecting to receive help but was only told that first they wouldn't have any availability and second they only guarantee their work for one year. After that time, it seems to be OK for AJ Alberts that their work is falling apart and their customers have to deal with the damage this is causing. A company that takes pride in the quality work they do, should have a better response for their customers, even past official warranty time. I do not recommend this business. Sep 2018: We always used A J Alberts and were very happy. They used to have fix prices for standard work and service was always professional. In our recent experience, they changed to a time-based cost model and the plumber took 2 hours to set a toilet and connect a sink. I checked after he left and the faucet handles were not centered and the chain inside the toilet’s water tank was not connected properly. The store prices for hardware and equipment are far from competitive as well. Too bad, we hope A J Alberts finds a way to get back on track.

We had a plugged up kitchen sink. I called Jim the owner of AJ Alberts and his office. I left a v mail for both and they both promptly called me back. They told me they refer plugged sinks etc to a different plumbing co as that is not their expertise. I called the co they referred and the plumber was at my house ASAP and got the drain unplugged. Very pleased with AJ Alberts response to my voice mails and for referring a great co to help me with my specific needs. Very impressive!! Will call AJ Alberts again!

Matthew was out and had the entire sump pump replaced and operational within 2 hours of my call for service. Absolutely pleased. Super professional and a nice clean install. Thanks for everything!
