Plumbing 911

We ran into a series of plumbing problems at the end of 2018 and into early 2019. We weren't happy with our previous plumber so we gave plumbing 911 a call and we were glad we did. Their plumbers are very knowledgeable and thorough. We were so pleased with them we hired them to do a full tub and shower replacement that we had been wanting to do. Highly recommended company!!

Had them come to my rental house to fix a leaking sink. Plumber said that the job could cost $1600 because of all the grease. Plumber was there for 2.5 hours and replaced the plastic from 1” to 2”. Charged me $900 after I complained. I then asked for a breakdown of the hourly rate and parts used. After multiple calls and emails to the office manager, no explanation was given to why they charged me this. Office manager then said we never charge by the hour or give material charge breakdowns. Warning to any future customers: be very wary of using this company because charge you whatever they feel. I am also filing with the BBB for deceptive billing.

This is a reliable, on-time service with very knowledgable technicians. They were fast responding and did a fantastic job.
