Not good, next to no customer service, you will have to keep contacting them and pushing hard for an answer. I have now been waiting over 4 weeks from my first contact for an answer. I am troubled that the solar generated is way below what it should be. my 3.8kw system can be as low as 100 watts during the day, all my efforts to get answers are being virtually ignored, no one seems interested. the 2 stars is given as they did install the panels and kit as planned. If you are looking for solar try IKEA they are getting good reviews.
