Had a new boiler fitted recently, Bob and his team were very efficient on time and price, no hidden extras. . I chose to go with WA4 Plumbing as I was recommended by a few people word of mouth and I'm glad I chose them.Dont be put off by A negative review.

I have used bob and his team numerous times on projects and on my own property's plus also on my families homes .I would seriously recommended bob and his team to anyone .Good old fashioned 5 star service.

Please read this review before deciding if they are suitable-- I phoned on the Thursday 21st Dec and you agreed a repair and service for Monday 8th Jan which I confirmed by e mail on the 21st. I e-mailed you for confirmation on Thursday 4th Jan- no reply so I also rang to confirm on Friday 5th Jan and you told me it would be Monday 8th or Friday 12th Jan depending on a member of staff who was ill and you would ring me to confirm on Sunday 7th. No phone call on Sunday and no visit on Monday so I requested an update by e mail on Tuesday 9th.-No reply Rang Thursday 11th and left message on your answer phone to see if and when you would arrive on Friday 12th . No return call and no visit. E mails sent--- [1St ] Sent: 21 December 2017 10:05 Dear Bob, Confirming the appointment for Monday 8th Jan- Boiler service- Baxi solo 70/4 pf/ New motorised valve/ leaking mechanical valve. Can you confirm the time so we are in [2nd ] Sent: 04 January 2018 08:31 Hi Bob- Are we still OK for Monday ? Can you confirm the time- preferably in the morning [3rd ] Sent: 09 January 2018 11:23 Dear Bob, You were going to ring me on Sunday night to confirm that you could do the work below on Monday 8th gone or if it would be this Friday 12th. Having not heard can you confirm if you will be here on Friday and what time. This will allow me to organise my day I e mailed the company for their comments prior to posting and got my first ever reply from them the same day-- I have suffered a second bereavement in my close family in the last month. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have not been contactable business wise for some time. I hope that may explain a little
