I called this firm out to service my boiler which they did it cost me £50. I told them the pressure was going to 0 & my water wasn't very hot, I had to ring them again & they said I had a leak under the floorboards. I then had to go through my home insurance which cost me £350 excess charge who COULD NOT detect a leak anywhere and told me it was the pressure relief valve plus the plate needing flushing as my water wasn't getting hot since they have come out for a service it has cost me a further £225. I would not recommend this company at all. A very angry and out of pocket customer
