We had given up hope of ever being able to understand our new Air Source Heat Pump. The electrician who installed it had no idea how it worked (and as a result wired it wrong), the company that sold it to us were only able to give a few pointers, but we never had reliably hot water, and the guy who commissioned couldn't help. Finally, we were put in touch with Gavin who got everything working perfectly - hot water and heating when we need it whilst still getting the energy efficiency that an ASHP is supposed to give. I can't praise him enough - he is the ASHP whisperer!

We moved into a brand new house in 2015 and have had problems with our Daikin unit ever since. With the house not being very warm , Luke warm water and keeps on breaking down Then how lucky were we to meet Gavin He has now sorted all of our problems out . The house is really warm plenty of hot water and has worked ever since he has fixed it and altered the settings. Gavin is so helpful and friendly and went way above what he had to do to help us out. When we were waiting for the new part and the unit broke down I text him and he responded to me at 23.15 I was so happy to see that someone cares so much about their customers . He was able to tell me by text what to do and then it started working again. I can not thank Gavin enough he is always there for you and after he fitted the new part and changed the settings to suit us he rang the next day to see if we were happy with the settings etc a truly remarkable engineer would recommend Gavin to anyone .
