Awful. Engineer turned up 5 hours late and stayed for 10 minutes, made the problem worse and demanded £95. Attempted to fix it the next day after arriving late again. Wasted time and demanded money for the part that didn't actually fix the problem. Would strongly advise not to use this company. Only gave 1 star because couldn't give less.

We called them this mornig to our broken boiler , the lovely fellow called Roman came and replaced a broken valve , they charged for 1 hour plus for valve which we got the receipt from the shop for. everything when well.

Gas engineer came on time and diagnosed the fault in no time, he had the correct part on him and my boiler is working back again. Thanks
