Great work from the guys. Full bathroom refurb from flooring, plastering and tiling right through to re plumbing entire room and repositioning the stack. 5 other company’s viewed the job and said it couldn’t be done but Andy was the only one to take time and really look at what needed to be done. The job was completed to a very high standard and done more quickly than the time frame given. Amazingly (and this really impressed me) he wouldn’t take the last of two payments as agreed in writing before the job started until we as the customers were 100% happy. (We had pointed out the finish of a couple of floor joins) You just don’t get this level of service from trades nowadays. Thank you to all at Plumbex and see you soon for the Kitchen work. Fitted a boiler, Andrew was very pushy with being paid upfront and then on the day of completion. After being paid I he ignored all calls, offered no paperwork other than 1 form which was addressed to another property. Buyer beware. To not pay prior to receiving all the paperwork. :( I will be reporting this company.
Really honest guys replaced my boiler and refurbished my main bathroom. They talked me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone
