Charged £ 156.00 for 1 hour the plumber didn't fix the problem and was even asked to go to the cash point to pay him. Got another company in the next day and they fixed the issue in 5 minutes - Don't use this company !!!

Terrible ... the repairman left me waiting 4 days and then, on his way over, called to inform me that I'd be charged a fixed fee of £300 without even having seen the problem. When I questioned this he cancelled. Don't use these crooks.
