Joshua was VERY quick to reply and give me an estimate and details for the job, and although it was not an emergency he was able to arrange it for the next day (I contacted him after business hours the day before). His guys (Dylan and another fella) were polite, organised, showed up on time, did the job without rushing to leave, and asked me several times before leaving if everything was how I needed and if there was anything else that I needed they to look at. Very good experience. I will use his services again and will refer to friends. 5 stars :)
