Very disappointed in the end result. Nice guys, but fitted a cylinder that's too small for the house, and only half fitted that. Plus got so annoyed just as I questioned their suppliers prices, that they wouldn't come to fit the boiler we had contracted and part paid for. They left me picking up the pieces and a house that runs out of hot water to easily.

Had a very similar experience as the first review provider Adam - this business removed our boiler and did not come to fit it. Only for us to find parts missing - one bracket instead of two and no flue ? Gave a real hard time in issuing an invoice which was for work not complete - so invoice issued to make up deposit amount taken.Billed us for radiators removals but only done for first floor and left all on site for us to complete the work and clear from site despite invoicing us for it !!! Failed to refund us money which they took upfront. This company is in liquidation as it is now trading under Colin H Bell Ltd t/a SPS. Reported matter to Trading Standard as it is operating in a cowboy manner.Disgusting behaviour.
