Hayles Plumbing

I don't normally give 5 stars in a review because I believe there is always room for improvement. However, the service I got from Hayles Plumbing today was excellent. Between the time I called the office with my problem and the arrival of the plumbers and completion of the job it was less than an hour and a half. Thankfully the plumbers were already in the area on another job. The office called me back to give me an estimated time when the plumbers would arrive (they arrived within the time). They were very courteous, professional in the way they did their job and they were easily identifiable (their shirts had the company name). They fixed the problem in no time. I was very satisfied. Thanks Norbert and Norman, you did well. In these hard times it is always so refreshing to receive good customer service when you are spending your hard earned money. I definitely will use Hayles plumbing services again and will refer them to my friends and family. Keep up the good work. God Bless.

Very quick call back in response to my phone message. Staff came within an hour. Polite and courteous staff came and gave efficient and fast service and paid attention to detail.

Great service had a kitchen blockage and they respond in less than 30 minutes. Great great service, please use them.

Not helpful. Called with an issue, put on hold a fair time and then person on the phone did not have the time or patience to answer my queries or listen to me. Gave up.
