Absolutely useless. Appointment made, nobody showed up. I made sure I was free for several hours by moving my own appointments, just in case (business is business, I know sometimes things happen). There was not even a phone call on the day, or the day after to apologise and rearrange. I don't think these people understand basic manners. It's good manners to phone someone back if you have made an appointment which you cannot keep.

Visited Jan 2014 to quote for boiler swop. Wanted to move boiler to new position & cut hole in roof for flu, whereas later visiting engineers found that totally unnecessary; ( boiler remained in same position & flume kit fitted). However never bothered to send quote through or make contact.

Friendly, reliable, honest, thorough. We use Park Hall Plumbing for our own home and for our rental properties.

2013 Called Park Hall Plumbing as my central heating boiler was behaving very erratically from time to time and I couldn't find out what the problem was. Jem found out what the problem was in a few minutes - it was a faulty ball valve in the header tank in the loft. He fixed it the same day. Will definitely use again.
