We have nothing but praise for Retherm. The process from quotation to installation was efficient, informative and speedy. All of the people we dealt with inspired confidence and were professional at every stage. The way the ground source works was explained to us very clearly as were the various icons on the equipment. Thank you for making our installation such a trouble free experience.

As with previous reviews, very good team for installation, however not good for after sales, 3 years on and the MVHR system has failed and I was told out of warranty so need to contact manafacturer.

3 years after our solar panels were installed we are about to submit out latest FIT reading ... couldn't have been more pleased with the installation, how the guys worked to get the most panels onto our small and wierdly shaped roof, and the speed with which they worked to get us onto a tariff that was about to close. We now reap the regular benefits of cash back and lower electricity bills - pay back on the installation cost is way ahead of schedule - wish we'd done it sooner and recommend this team.

My personal experiance with this company is not good, When my solar panel system went down, I was told after leaving many messages that no engineers were available to repair it,I had to get my own electrician to fix it.Martin promised to send me a new switch which my electrician identified as the problem. 18 months later I am still waiting.Also the panels supplied work fine on very sunny days, but on dull days compared to other panels their performance is dismal.Also I have found out that on a ground heat source system they installed, another local company had to be called in to sort it out. So draw your own conclusions from my reveiw of this company.

We have recently had a Ground source heatpump installed and I was extremely impressed with the staff at Retherm. Having experienced another supplier install my father's Air Source heat pump it was amazing the difference in service level and knowledge of Retherm. Not only were the on-site engineers very knowledgeable, so to was the office staff who have also helped guide me through the RHI process. I would recommend Retherm to anyone else that was considering installation of a ground or air source heat pump. Retherm are also providing the service requirements (as needed by the RHI) for myself and my father going forward.
