Got a hot water heater installed for $3270.00. It was a holiday weekend and they said the price was the same the following week - no difference. Later research revealed 3 bids ranged from $1225 to $1753. They are (one of) the highest price places in town and I would stay away from them at all costs in the future. Also other deceptive tactics in pricing too lengthy to mention in this blurb.
Every time I work with them they send a friendly and knowledgeable technician. On more than one occasion they have gone above and beyond to show me things i didn't know and make sure I am taken care of. Today was no exception. I've used other companies in the past, but will keep going back to Bonfe because of their service.
Scheduled a service for my furnace at 2 pm. Received a call that said updated to 3pm. Took off work to be home at 3, waited until 430 and gave them a call only to find out it would be until 7pm. Things happen during the day, no problem. Called them again at 645 to find out it would be 730, again no worries. I finally received a call at 745 saying someone will be there at 8, I politely asked if it could be pushed back 830 because I was unavailable for 30 minutes and they said no and no one showed up. Great customer service!!! Scheduling when it's convenient for them and only them, not the customer.
Plumber himself was fantastic. But bonfe's prices are outragous compared to any local sub and their scheduling is pathetic. Never again.
Absolutely horrible customer service and not professional. We had a tech come out to our home on a Friday to give us an estimate for a rather large project. He said the project wouldn’t be a problem at all and he would send the estimate later that day or Monday morning at the latest. I have called Bonfe 9 times trying to get ahold of someone to give me the estimate (it’s now Thursday evening). I got ahold of the manager who told me that the technician said they couldn’t do the job because it was a complete “gut job”... weird, he never said ANYTHING about that to us when he was out here, not were we contacted by Bonfe afterwards to relay this information. She then informed me that he’d be able to get an estimate submitted to me this evening (confusing because just a second ago they said they couldn’t do it?). Either way, it’s very apparent their staff doesn’t communicate with each other and that they could care less about their customers. At this point, I wouldn’t trust them to hold a bucket of sand. Needless to say, our business is going elsewhere and I suggest yours should too.
