I have used them a few times and always found their standard of work to be very high. Last year I accidentally cut through a gas pipe so I called British Gas and was told there would be someone with me in 40 mins to an hour.. I then called Robothams and there was someone with me in under 10 mins, gas pipe re-routed and repaired in 30 mins.. Highly recommend them.
