Had a great experience with elite lets. They where very co-operative throughout our tenancy. Anytime anything needed fixing they were there within 2 days maximum and had it fixed and at no extra charge. We received our full deposit at the end of tenancy. A very positive experience!
Avoid this letting company, condescending demeanour. Charge ridiculous estate fees, now the laws have changed that you cannot charge estate fees anymore, they will use default fees to compensate. You will not get your deposit back, the company uses their own houses for listing, integrity? No, avoid! Also do not trust any positive reviews, most are fake reviews from themselves
We stayed on their property for two months and had a great experience with them. The house was great and they were always quick to respond any issues we had.
Had no problems with Elite throughout our year with them. They were happy to re-negotiate prices with the painter to get us more of our deposit back.
my personal experience with elite let is very good, we have recently had our kitchen re decorated and if anything breaks it gets fixed pretty quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a great quality house.
