Jan Smith does a great job; he took care of all of our plumbing needs including new pipes, baseboard heat, hot water heater, everything in the boiler room etc. when we renovated a 4500 sq ft home we purchased at auction in San Luis Valley. The house had been empty about six years, added on to 5-6 times so to say everything was a disaster when we bought it us an understatement; it needed much more work than we initially realized. Was everything with Jan perfect? No, but when you have a job this size, or any size, perfection is a myth. You just might have to call a few times to get him out to your house/business because he's BUSY! But that's a good sign isn't it.
