they were bad. They were called to fix a water leak by the agent. The water was outside only and the leak could be easily located by the sound alone. But they knocked out 14 bricks looking for the leak inside?. The leak was found after 2 days outside exactly where the sound was. I couldn't believe the damage they had caused unnecessarily and they left a mess.
