Todd and the whole staff at Apple Aire are amazing. After an issue with a neighbor regarding exhaust we called Apple Aire to make sure everything was fine with our exhaust going to the outside of the home. They promptly arrived and inspected the issue. Todd stated he needed to reach out to the city inspector for direction. He said he would call first thing in the morning to run it by him. Todd called at 7:30 just as promised and stated the inspector said we were good to go with the sale of our home. They answered all our questions and guided us through the process. We felt confident with their recommendations. If you are looking for superior service with a personal touch. Look no further. Apple Aire is the best!

Great service. Called on a Saturday when the furnace went out and our "regular" furnace repair place said they couldn't get anybody out until the middle of next week. There was another cold front coming in so that was not the kind of response I needed. Found Apple Aire on the Tome Martino site, called and they sent a tech out within hours. The tech was knowledgeable and knew just what to do: he diagnosed the problem, repaired it and then spend some time instructing me on what to do if the problem returned. While it was a simple problem to fix and there was a service charge for the call (modest for a weekend call) I could not have done the job myself without the clear instructions I received. The charge was well worth the service and attention we received. They are now our go-to organization for furnace and AC issues. I plan to call them for an annual AC go-over before the season starts. Many tanks for keeping us warm over that weekend.
