Would you please pass on my thanks to everyone who was involved with the job, especially to Barney, whose work has been excellent, no detail was too much for him to take care of, and this thoughtfulness was really appreciated. But the whole team have been a pleasure to work with, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. Also thank you to John, who solved the mystery boiler issue. I would be happy to act as a reference to a few prospective customers who may want to talk to a happy customer, having had 2 bathrooms and a kitchen supplied and fitted, I feel I can recommend with confidence!

The work carried out to replace our en-suite shower room was excellent in regard to the quality of workmanship, communication with all the staff and the initial buying process. Our house was left in an immaculate state at the end of each day's work and we are delighted with the end result. Had a shower pump replaced at a reasonable cost. A very professional job by Dean, the engineer and timely after install service by Gas Mark 1. Will definitely use them again 31st May 2019 : Had a thermostatic shower cartridge replaced today. Paul did a fantastic job with his many years of experience coming in to play. I thought it was going to be a tough job taking the square shower knob off, with the right tools he did with ease. Thanks Paul and Gas Mark 1 for the professionalism

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Darren and Taylor for all their hard work installing our fireplaces the other week. Just had to say that we are more than happy with our new heating/ water system. Your installers, the two Js and John, were a credit to your company, polite, efficient and hard working, especially in the current heat. We will get back to your bathroom guys, to finalise the details for the bathroom revamp. Thanks again
