Henleys Heating Supplies Ltd

Got underfloor heating installed in August 2018. Problems started as soon as winter came. The boiler would trip at certain temperature, henlHe heating sent someone to have a look but could not resolve. 2 months later the electic started to trip, called for help, been 3 weeks but they would not come out or even call back. Got an external company to repair it, who confirmed a leak in underfloor heating valve whick tripped the electric. They also confirmed that it should be part of warranty. Wrote to Henley's still waiting to hear back. Very disappointed with poor after sales service. Please stay away.

My original review was of a positive one however upon my return I'm fairly disappointed. 1m of 32mm waste pipe is definitely not worth £7.40 along with a plastic 32mm elbow for £1.80 in all came to £10. Not surprised they didn't hand over my receipt straight away. Rip off.

bought two complete bathroom and shower suites and furniture (Laufen, Hans Grohe, Simpson, Bauhaus, Roper Rhodes) from Inder. Very pleased with products, delivery and service provided by Henley Heating. All issues were dealt with immediately and professionally . Can't recommend highly enough. Very good customer service.
