Installed a hob in my kitchen, what we thought would be a straight forward job turned out to be a bit of a headache having to have the pipe reconnected to the gas supply. Engineer was quickly able to trace the supply and have me up and running withing a few hours. It was extremely reassuring knowing they are a Which? Trusted Trader.

Speedy response by an efficient and pleasant engineer. Really pleased with the repair to my boiler and I have now joined a monthly plan to cover annual servicing which is cheaper than other companies' service plans. I would recommend this company for heating repairs, can't fault them. Thanks!

I previously left a review of the extremely poor service we received from you but have not received any sort of response. You failed to diagnose a central heating problem and charged me several hundred pounds for work which did not resolve the problem.

Bumblebee have recently been to my house and caried out various jobs. They were overall very quick, clean and efficent. I am very pleased with the final outcome and all at a reasonable price! I have had a need to use Bumblebee Plumbing when my boiler broke down. I called Bumblebee and they came out the next day to fix. The engineer called me in advance to let me know he was on route and would be there in half an hour. When he arrived the engineer was very professional in his attitude along with very personable. He managed to find the fault, correct it and then proceeded to flush the system through. WOW the central heating hours better now than it ever has. Well done Ross and his team. ????
