Under contract had my boiler serviced for the first time with L&W. Summary of service :- -Engineer rang prior to appointed time to confirm -Arrived spot on time -Spent 1.5 Hours giving the boiler a thorough service (was previously with BG and their service took no more than 30 mins) -Young engineer (Michael ) was courteous polite and efficient -Every aspect of the work he did was explained in full It was a pleasure to have a tradesman that was so passionate and proud of his chosen career. A real credit to himself and his company
I would have no hesitation recommending this firm, full central heating system installed in a very demanding property, work carried out to a high standard and on time. All staff from office to fitters were so helpful and friendly, thank you
