I have used R J Plumbing & Heating for a various number of jobs recently. They are always efficient and provide a reliable service. I would definitely recommend as the booking in service was hassle free. The lady on the phone provided excellent advice.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Turned up 25 minutes late for a meeting, didn't call to say would be late despite me saying I needed to leave to pick up my 10 year old son 30 mins later. I called them and the guy asked if I'd driven around the area before - er, yes. When he arrived 10 mins later I suggested he could have called to let me know he was going to be even later so we could arrange, he told me to F--K OFF and drove off. The most unprofessional outfit I've come across in some time. Pity really as the guy who came to fix the fire only the day before was ok.

Terrible customer service and rude operator. I booked an appointment, the engineer never appeared and when i rang to investigate I received a series of rude excuses.
