I have required the services of Maple Drainage today to unblock our drainage system. The serious blockage within a long pipe run was discovered by myself on Sunday afternoon and I was able to make contact with Jamie on the same day. I was more than happy to arrange his visit for Monday although he had offered to visit that Sunday afternoon. Once on site the work was carried out efficiently a with high pressure jet wash and camera / video equipment. Jamie explained to me the reason for the blockage was fibrous tree roots by showing me the evidence from the camera feed along the length of the pipe work. I fully recommend his services to anyone who requires drainage services. What was important to me was the fact that Maple Drainage are CHAS accredited (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme) which confirms that the quality of the work will be to a high standard, which I can confirm was the case. Contacted Maple Drainage about our drainage issue that other companies failed to resolve. The engineers arrived and solved the issue within minutes, the guys were courteous and informative. I'll definitely use these again and would highly recommend them. Called these guys out again to a separate issue. Another great job well done.
Had Maple Drainage out today to clear my blocked drains, Andy cleared the drain and Jamie arrived shortly after to carry out a drain survey which identified roots. Gave good advice and a very competitive quote. Excellent service from start to finish.
I Needed a soil stack relocating, Jamie is a nice guy who is very professional. Part of the job meant he had to lift and re lay the block paving , and you would never know anyone had been!! Really good workmanship. Ive got no problem recommending him and would definitely use him again if I ever needed anything doing.
