Fantastic service and lovely guys
I have recently had a new boiler fitted by GBM, they were friendly helpful and very professional.before I was very confused with being able to use my controls for the heating and hot water - since gbm fitted my boiler they ran me through how to use it and set it up timed so my hot water etc is on when I need it. Highly recommended
Used these plumbers in the past and they were fine - fixed the issue in good time for an average price. Second time using them was terrible - they missed appointments or were late, and they tried to charge me for new parts they didnt install. I complained and they did knock off the part that wasnt installed but I have just discovered they charged me almost 3 times the cost for a water tank. Avoid
