Mr. Atkins wired and installed an electric shower which could not be used at all and eventually he won't response to email and calls. Said that he was a qualified electrician and I never received the certificate. Eventually I called in a qualified electrician. He told me the wiring was not earthed and worse - main tail supply consumer unit had a 2.5 cable connected in main switch terminal in simple term is a fire risk and electrical shock.
