I cannot rate Shaun highly enough. His customer service is outstanding. I had a rather urgent drain survey that needed to be completed on a house my boyfriend and I were looking to purchase. Shaun managed to get in and do the CCTV survey the day after we requested it. We had also requested a report to be produced which Shaun was more than happy to put together/sign. We needed the report urgently but were away in London at the time of the survey being done. Shaun didn’t have a scanner at home so he went out of his way to deliver the signed report to my boyfriend’s work during his busy work day! We have now managed to get the report sent to our valuer before the end of the week which we are extremely grateful for! Thanks again Shaun I cannot recommend you enough! 5 stars!
