Drain Jet

Outstanding this guy is a genius ! I have houses and flats in Leeds one tenant came home at 11.30pm Boxing Day after a Christmas holiday to a nightmare poo all over her bathroom floor about 6 inches in the bath and her toilet completely full to the brim. It was so bad she couldn’t stay there and had to go to a friends overnight. I phoned Drainjet Jet first thing in the morning and he was here within the hour. It seems the people in the flat above had blocked their toilet with wet wipes and had tried caustic soda which didn’t work so borrowed a plunger which they’d tried over a couple of days causing the poo overflow downstairs but not thought to phone me or the consequences of the plunging! The blockage when it eventually came out through the outside drains was huge but sorted for the afternoon.

What a star this guy is shame I couldn't give him 6 stars. Fantastic first class service I will never use another. I let my properties in Roundhay and the old blocked toilet and tenants who flush wet wipes in the are one of my worst nightmares. I called Dyno first - the guy who came was nice and friendly but I now realise had no idea he used the plunger and then the snake and made no difference he told me I needed to get a new toilet that was the only way forward. What I hadn't realised until he left was that all the plunging caused a flood in the next door apartment along with all the brown stuff ! I phoned Drain Jet who arrived 3 hours later - what a difference this guy is knowledgeable he followed the pipe work out through a cupboard cut into the top of the pipe and poked all the gunge out and down and then filled the hole with a stopper that we could take out should there ever be a recurrence. He then checked the bath and sink wastes in both apartments which admittedly have been running slowly for years and cleared those.

Used Drainjet to unblock some Drains on our rental properties in Bradford. Would highly recommend them. Fast, efficient, punctual and well priced too.
