Excellent service from RJ Services from start to finish. They are the only people I would trust with my boiler in Worcester after being ripped off by a company which remain nameless. Rob and his team are highly professional with their approach and leave to work area immaculate.

Always get a written itemised quote from this business. I recently had them in to do the plumbing side of fitting an electric shower. The quotation person duly called and viewed the job. I was told that a tile would be removed and I would need to source a replacement one. This would have been an opportune time to mention that replacing the tile was not included in the quotation figure but it was not. Quotation figure delivered by text message, my mistake was in accepting this. Job carried out by Harry (not the quotation person) & done well. Shower cubicle left with tile missing - not a problem I thought as electrician needed to access wiring. Wiring completed - contacted again by quotation person and payment requested. I asked for tile to be replaced before I paid. I was then made aware via text message from quotation person that retiling not included & I would have to pay extra for this. No itemised details from original quote means I have nothing to contest as it is word against word. Please learn from my mistake and avoid the disappointing & upsetting experience I have been through.
