Out of all the tradies I worked with building my first house the only one I kept when doing the second one was Richard. Just remember if you're outside his catchment area of the inner west it might be hard to get him because he's the plumber all the owners, landlords and managers want to get on their job because he's honest and does the job right the first time. All his work is repeat business, that tells you a lot.
