Expert Boiler team & Plumbing repair

This company is unprofessional and unethical. We got them to block the gas pipe for our gas stove and remove a radiator in our kitchen on the 27th of Feb 2019 as we are renovating our kitchen and will no longer be using gas for the stove. The technician that performed the work told me that he didn't want to block it off below the safety tap as you then have double security if it should leak. I told him it might be an issue with the new cupboards as the pipe is to high or might be in the way. He insisted it's better doing it his way, should it be an issue if the cupboards arrive he will come past and move it. After measuring the cupboards we noted it is an issue, I continuously contacted them to come and fix it. I was advised by the receptionist that I need to pay for another call out which I disagreed with as I gave them clear instructions and they refused to take it. The receptionist said that he also spoke to technician and he advised that he told me I would need to pay another call out fee on the day. A reasonable person would not agree to pay double to do the same job/task if give the choice and I consider myself to be a reasonable person. The receptionist advised that I had to wait till Monday 11 March 2019 for them to make a call whether they can waive the call out fee. We could not wait that long as we have our contractor on site. I told them to send out a technician to come and fix this and we can agree on the fee later on. The receptionist promised that he would get a technician out to us on the 7th of March based upon availability. The technician never arrived. After trying to call them numerous times on the 8th of March I had to get another company to come and fix their mess. The company advised me that the pipes they blocked off for the radiator wasn't correctly done as the cupboards won't fit. It would take the new company 4 hours to fix this, where it would have taken original technician 10 minutes longer to do it properly. We now need to cut holes in the cupboard for the radiator pipes to run through. I will definitely not recommend using this company at all! If I could give them a 0 star I would.
